OTM's Philosophy

OTM has been developing psychological tests since 2002. Our test make talent visible and our reports are positively formulated.
“People are at their best when they can play to their strengths. It is therefore important that an organization knows what those talents are and can put people in positions that best utilize those strengths. People whose work focuses on their talents are happier and more productive with a reduced chance of absenteeism or turnover." – Bert Goos (Director Online Talent Manager)

OTM's History

The first psychological tests were based on clinical models. They focused on what was 'wrong' with a person and the results of these instruments were difficult to translate into a work context. Bert Goos and Andre Tjoa started Online Talent Manager with a new vision of just what was possible with psychological tests. The basic premise was simple, "People thrive when they focus on their strengths." They began with the Quinn Model, an easy to understand and scientifically-based was of describing how people work, and built up from there.

OTM team

Online Talent Manager has 7 permanent employees. The OTM team was put together using our own instruments (we actually use what we make) to make sure that we have people with the right balance of talents and drives. We balance each other out. We believe in a personal approach in dealing with our customers and partners. Our goal is to give organizations and individuals insight into their strengths and talents.
