The Octogram Work and Leadership Style Test is our flagship product, it is the most valuable and easy to understand way to describe how people work.  This test takes an average of 12 minutes to complete and is our most popular personality instrument.

How it works

Step 2)  Complete the purchase process.

Step 3)  You will be sent an email with log-in information.

Step 4)  When you log in, you can:

  • add a candidate (1 candidate for each test you purchase)
  • monitor the progress of each testing session
  • download the results
