OP5 Report measures 30 traits in 5 personality dimensions

OP5 is the personality test developed by Online Talent Manager to look at candidates in the Big5 model.  The OP5 test measures 30 distinct personality traits in 5 domains.  It is an extremely detailed analysis of a candidate’s personality at a deep level.  This test is used mostly by psychologists and experts with extra training provided by OTM.  The OP5 takes an average of 35 minutes to complete.

Organizational Culture (Desired) report graphic

The Organizational Culture Test is actually split into two separate instruments.  One test (Current) is asking the candidate about the culture of the company where they are working now.  The Current version is good for performing organizational analysis and is also handy in coaching sessions when looking for conflicts between the culture where a candidate is and where they want to be (Desired).  The desired version of the test is useful in selection situations where you can learn if a candidate and the culture of the position fit together well.

The Organizational Culture Test is based on the same foundation as the Octogram Work and Leadership Style test, so I recommend you read about the Competing Values Framework if you have not already done so.

The Career Values test shows what a candidate needs from (or wants to avoid in) their work and career.

The Career Values Test is a measurement of what is important to a candidate.  Based on some of the original work of Edgar Schein, the OTM Career Values Test identifies what you, as a person, really need your work to provide beyond a paycheck.  High quality matches between what a candidate wants and what their work provides has been shown to have a direct impact on productivity, engagement, and retention.  We have drawn on 9 years of research and over 50 thousand candidates to identify the most critical values for successful work place matches.

The Communication Styles Test is a valuable instrument to use when training teams or coaching individuals to improve their presentation skills.  Communication is so basic to the workplace and so easily overlooked as a source of contention and friction.  This test will help you identify communication roadblocks and can be used as a jumping off point for communication skills development.
