Integrate Personality Matching Into Your System!

Make it easy for your customers to enhance candidate searches by helping them identify good fits between the function and the person. How does it work?

For the Candidate:

  1. You have a candidate in your system.
  2. You send a specially formatted HTTP-POST to the OTM-API with the candidate’s information.
  3. You receive a URL link for the candidate to follow to fill in their tests. (you can email it, show it on the screen in your application, show the test in an iframe, etc)
  4. When the candidate is finished with their tests, you download the results via a HTTP-POST request. (available in several data formats to make your programmers’ lives easier)

For the Manager:

  1. We provide you with a simple questionnaire text to give to the manager, it takes anywhere from 2 minutes to 8 minutes to accurately describe a function and the type of person needed to fill that function.
  2. You store the numerical answers from the manager in your system.
  3. When the candidate(s) have completed their tests, you compare their numerical scores with the function description.

This gives you:

  1. The degree of ‘fit’ between a candidate and this function, which you can represent as a single percentile score for the manager.
  2. A simple way to see where the ‘misses’ between the function and the candidate are.

Did you see that? The only thing happening on the OTM web site, from your customer’s perspective, is the candidate testing. All other activities take place in your system following your user interaction in your interface with your data. We even put your logo in the candidate testing sessions.
