Predicting growth based on hard data
With a total research pool of over 80 thousand candidates, we were able to introduce a new product in 2009 that gives an accurate prediction of how easy (or difficult) it will be for a candidate to develop a competency. This report takes a candidate’s personality and capacity test results and calculates the development potential for each competency in our library (the default competency library of Online Talent Manager has 45 behavioral competencies).
How this report is used:
- Career planning, are you on the right path?
- How much training will you need for a particular competency?
- Selection: will a candidate be able to quickly develop vital competencies?
This report is available to Expert users as well as OTM-API partners.
