Information
Online Talent Manager provides tests that look at people from the perspective of several different psychological models. A model is just a way of describing a person’s behavior, a vocabulary. Many of our competitors use variations on two common models, the Big5 and MBTI. While useful, our experience has pointed out the places where these models, when used in isolation, fall down in the real world. To overcome these problems, OTM is using these tests together in combination with our own OctogramTM test.
