Online Talent Manager was set up in 2001. After decades of experience in test development, we developed and built our own online tools. To make these tools as accessible as possible, we based them on the competing values leadership model created by the American professor and management expert Robert Quinn.
Over the years we have extended our portfolio with training courses, consultancy and custom systems.
