The baseline model for Online Talent Manager is the Octogram.
In this model the outcomes of the various online tests are represented in graphic format. By using the Octogram as the baseline model in all the test results, you obtain a cohesive picture. This picture is easy for users to identify.
The Octogram is based on the Robert E. Quinn model. In this model, eight competing values are set against each other. For more information about Quinn, please visit the Quinn association website.
André Tjoa and Bert Goos from Online Talent Manager translated the values from the Quinn model into eight roles and used them to develop the Octogram. These roles are measured with the Octogram test.
