After training, you become a certified user and receive a licence that gives you access to your own Online Talent Manager. We adapt it to your own house style. With the licence, you can use our tools for your own candidates. You can send e-mail invitations to take tests or administer tests on site.
Online Talent Manager is very user-friendly. Because you are working with a web-based system you can always access Online Talent Manager, wherever you are. After the candidate has taken the tests, the results are immediately available online in various report formats. Your own logo appears on the reports. The candidate's results can be compared with various norm groups based on education level and/or work experience.
