Expert and detailed reports
For each candidate the test results are automatically incorporated into a report with your own logo. The reports are available immediately after completing the tests online.
For each candidate you can print an expert report and/or a detailed report. The expert report is targeted at professionals who are used to working with test tools. The detailed report gives background information about the outcomes of the tests and is also suitable to give to the candidate (after an explanation).

360 degree report
Some of the Online Talent Manager tests include 360 degree feedback. With these tests, up to eight people who know the candidate can indicate their perceptions of the candidate. This is a good way of showing whether the candidate's self-image matches the experiences of those around them.

Group report

When you have tested a group of candidates you can publish the results in a single report. This way, you reveal individual differences and unique talents within a group. The composition of the team and the organisation are revealed. Group reports are useful for training and organisational (or cultural) change. In addition, group reports provide important management information about where the organisation stands in terms of competencies.

Competency Feedback Report
Online Talent Manager makes it possible to draw up competency profiles for particular positions and to test candidates against a profile. The Competency Feedback report gives the candidate's score against the competency profile. By having other people, such as managers, colleagues and/or clients, also score the candidate against this profile, a complete picture is obtained.
