Skills tests

Skills tests or cognitive tests are used to determine the work and thinking level of the candidate. These can measure verbal, numerical and abstract skills.

We offer the following tests:

Verbal thinking: Concept relationships Measures verbal reasoning power with the aid of abstract/more abstract concepts. 

Spatial insight: Rotation (available at both higher and lower level)
Measures spatial insight: the ability to visualise movement and objects in space.

Figurative thinking: Codes
Measures analytical and logical reasoning based on figurative material.

Numerical thinking: NMVT
Measures numerical/analytical and logical thinking ability and skill at dealing with figures.

Abstract reasoning: Reasoning problems
Measures abstract quantitative analytical and logical thinking ability in combination with verbal conceptual thinking.

Syllogisms
Measures formal logical reasoning ability on the basis of abstract statements.
