Online Talent Manager offers a range of behavioural tests.
Personality tests to measure traits, work styles and values:
Work and Leadership style (Octogram KR) (360 degree) (both at lower and higher level)
The Octogram measures 8 roles based on Quinn's Competing Values Framework. These roles are: pioneer, networker, achiever, strategist, anchor, analyst, team player and helper. The scores indicate which roles are dominant or less present in a candidate, the behaviour people display in the workplace and from which roles they derive the most energy.
General personality test (Big 5) (both at higher and lower level)
The BIG5H measures 12 personality traits based on the five factor model, also known as the BIG5 model. BIG5 distinguishes the following factors: extraversion, stability, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness.
Communication styles (360 degree)
The Communication styles test maps out how the candidate thinks he/she is seen by others. The test describes the communication style in four scales, namely: expressive, directive, thoughtful and agreeable.
Competency checklists (360 degree) to create profiles of roles and evaluate people on them:
Formulate your own test based on 8 to 10 chosen competencies.
Team and organisational culture questionnaires:
Organisational culture checklist (preferred)
This test measures preferences vis-à-vis the organisational culture, as the candidate would like it to be.
Organisational culture checklist (existing)
This test measures the prevailing culture of the organisation where the candidate works.
